ICT Certificate Generator: Conditions of Use

I am a current ICT Pedagogical Licence holder or an approved accredited issuer of the ICT Certificate.

I will not disclose or distribute my ICT Certificate Generator password to others. I understand I am responsible for all activities that occur through the use of my username and password.

I will notify the Department if my password is lost, stolen or compromised in any way.

I will log out of the ICT Certificate Generator at the end of each session.

I certify that each candidate I assess as operating at the ICT Certificate level:
- is a registered teacher
- is currently employed by the Department of Education, Training and the Arts
- has successfully demonstrated the expectations of the ICT Certificate.
I will not deliberately provide false or misleading information.

I will not publish or disseminate the personal information I enter into the ICT Certificate Generator.

Retrieve my password
